IMAGE FILE MANAGEMENT

REDUNDANT BACKUPS

We ensure your files are safe with multiple backups throughout the shoot.

  • Dual SSD Backups – A minimum of 2 SSDs are used to create multiple copies of all images during the shoot to prevent any risk of file loss.

  • ChronoSync Software – We use ChronoSync to verify that all copies are identical and every file is properly backed up.

With redundant backups, you can rest assured that your images are securely stored and protected throughout the production process.

FILE EDITING AND PROCESSING

Focus & Exposure Monitoring – I monitor focus and exposure in real-time during the photoshoot to ensure optimal image quality.

  • Basic Image Adjustments – I handle essential adjustments such as exposure, contrast, and color balance to enhance your files.

  • Crops & Overlays – I show crops and overlays to help visualize the final image composition and usage.

LIVE STREAMING

We offer live streaming options for remote participants, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Capture One Live.

I work closely with the photographer and other crew members to ensure an efficient and smooth workflow throughout the shoot.

  • Wireless Client Monitor – A battery-powered client monitor that can easily float around the set or be stationed in the client village for comfortable viewing.

IMAGE DELIVERY

You provide the SSD hard drives, and we’ll handle the rest, delivering all of your images at the end of the shoot.
